A firm friend with the tugs of the Star Fleet, Puffa is a shunting engine that mainly works around Celgreb Bay, taking cars and carriages up to the city for collecting and loading.

Puffa is based on the DRG Class 80, but modified with many American features including an oil-burning headlight, diamond smokestack, a cowcatcher and an American-style whistle. Despite his cowcatcher, he has rear buffers to match the British rolling stock.
